Walk over to colleagues, instead of emailing them and move the photocopier or printer off your desk and walk over to pick up documents: 30 minutes over a day uses 150 calories. Clean your desk: 10 minutes each evening burns 40 calories Make drinks for your workmates: a 10-minute tea-round uses 80 calories. Washing up later gets rid of another 26.
