    CE Canada announce three acquisitions
JAN 07— Mississauga (CAN): Corporate Express Canada has announced it has acquired three companies to reinforce their ambitious growth strategy: Taylor Office Products, Saxon Chemicals and IKOR Integrated Facilities. The acquisitions reinforce Corporate Express’s objectives of aggressive growth and increased market share in Canada.

Taylor Office Products is a successful family-run business operating in the Abbottsford, British Columbia area for over 30 years. Taylor’s product line includes business equipment, office products and office furniture. The addition of Taylor Office Products to Corporate Express will further enhance Corporate Express’s presence in its British Columbia market, and will offer Taylor customers an increased product line and national distribution.

Saxon Chemicals has provided innovative cleaning products and solutions to customers in Toronto and the surrounding area since 1960. Saxon’s strong customer base and facilities industry experience will be a key addition to Corporate Express’s growing facility supplies segment.

Since its establishment in 1984, IKOR has been successfully servicing the needs of the contract furniture market with the supply and installation of high quality furnishings for corporate, commercial, governmental and institutional applications. IKOR will become a part of the Corporate Express Business Interiors (CEBI) brand.

“These acquisitions reflect our commitment to not only growing our core office products business, but also expanding our furniture and facilities lines of business,” said Rick Toppin, President, Corporate Express Canada.
