IMI Invites You to Meet the Industry at the World’s Largest Dedicated Ink Jet Event
IMI invites you to the world’s largest dedicated ink jet event. The Ink Jet Developers Conference 2004 has attracted a record number of suppliers, representing all aspects of the ink jet industry – ink, printheads, materials, peripherals and integration. Join them in Scottsdale, Arizona 4-6 February 2004.

This is no ordinary conference: registration is $595 and the event is designed to cater specifically for developers and potential developers of ink jet based systems. In just 2 1/2 days you have the opportunity to hear product presentations from all the major suppliers and talk to them in a relaxed atmosphere. Private meetings can be booked in advance – full contact details are in the conference brochure.

Last year this event attracted well over 200 attendees. Now in its third year, the IMI Developers Conference is established as the key annual event for system developers and receives strong support from all the major industry suppliers – 28 have signed up for 2004 so far.

Meet the printhead manufacturers – Xaar, Spectra and HP SPS return to the event and are joined this year by Hitachi, whose latest generation printheads were shown at SGIA and by Konica-Minolta, who recently announced a new range of printheads.

Meet the ink manufacturers – as in previous years there is a strong line-up from the ink industry with SunJet, Sericol, Avecia, Sensient, Collins, Digital Ink, Triangle Digital, Xennia and Aellora. Plus UV specialists Integration Technology, Nordson UV, Sartomer and UV Fusion.

Meet the integrators – the companies that supply and assist development projects – Accu-Automation, Emerson & Cuming, Jetrion, imaging Technology international, Kodak Global Manufacturing Services, Torrey Pines, TTP, Pivotal Resources, ImageXpert and Visionjet.

Meet the industry experts – this year’s keynote presentations come from world-renowned professionals – Mark Hanley of IT Strategies, Vince Cahill of VCE Solutions, Michael Flippin of Web Consulting and Tom Ashley from Pivotal Resources USA. In addition Dr Will Eve, Technical Director from Inca Digital, the flatbed market leader, will discuss UV printer design.

If you’re developing an ink based system, then you need to mark your calendar for the Ink Jet Developers Conference 4-6 February 2004.
