    Dear Tonernews Readers
    Happy New Year To all

Here is our Reviews of 2013 in a Nutshell
Overall 2013 was not really a good year for the industry in our opinion, the industry is
definitely not was it use to be, lot's of small business going out of business, lot's of big and
medium size businesses consolidating with the big cats or forming new alliance in order to survive.
The OEMs' too are going trough major changes, mostly due to poor management and low cash flow,  we have also noticed that they are obviously cooking the books in order to keep there stock investor on the positive side of the news cycle, that along with massive layoffs by Hp And Xerox and almost all other OEMs ,All of these issues should make 2014 an interesting year, Ironically as we where putting this article together we just found out that Hp plans to Layoff 34,000 employees by the end of 2014, Should we says more?
3D printing is now the new trend and a positive force to be reckoned with, but still in it's early stages in our opinion.
With Smartphones taking over the world and the very high price of OEM toners,we fell that this has made the home printers segment of the industry a thing of the past, although most big businesses still have to print it's shurely not what is use to be, let's not forget that these smartphones hold unlimited storage memory , therefor there is no need to print as much anymore, plus it's now more socially fun and practical to look at your smartphone photo's than a piece of paper, what 2014 will bring to the industry remains to be seen?
2014 Is the make or brake year for the survival of the US toner Business, the rest is up to you?,

thank you for supporting tonernews and all the remanufactures around the world.
