    Clover Imaging Group Gets Positive Reviews For New "Live Chat" Feature

    CHICAGO, IL – October 12, 2015 – Clover Imaging Group, the global leader in the imaging industry including manufacturing, collections, solutions, and parts, is pleased with the 93% excellent reviews of the newly-released live chat feature on its West Point Products and Depot International websites.

    In the first week of service, 97 customers took advantage of the live chat. Based on user scores for overall chat, responsiveness, knowledge, and friendliness, the average rating for the live chat service is 4.66 out of 5 stars.

    Live chat is accessible to website visitors without logging in, and is expected to increase the user experience and build upon CIG’s already powerful customer service offerings. Customers have been asking about product availability and pricing, shipment timelines, and registering a customer account.
