eCopy Named One of the Fastest Growing Companies
    for Fourth Consecutive Year

Software Company Ranked Number Five on
Deloitte Technology New England Fast 50 Program

Nashua, N.H., October 2004 eCopy, Inc., an innovative provider of document distribution and integration solutions, has once again been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for New England, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999-2003. This is the fourth year that eCopy has received this honor.

eCopy's increase in revenues of 1555% percent from 1999 to 2003 resulted in a #5 ranking in the Fast 50 for New England. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Fast 50 for this region was 1515% percent.

"Receiving this honor for the fourth consecutive year reflects the dedication and hard work of our employees and the tangible benefits our customers achieve after deploying eCopy software," said Edward Schmid, president and CEO, eCopy, Inc. "Currently in our eleventh year of growth, eCopy has set the industry standard for integrating paper documents into critical business applications. Considering the economic turmoil in the past few years, our growth is particularly noteworthy and is indicative of the immediate return on investment that our customers have experienced."

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1999 and $1,000,000 in 2003, must be public or private companies headquartered in North America, and be a "technology company" defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues (using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify); and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.

"In any economy, quadruple-digit percentage revenue growth is an exceptional accomplishment," said Stephen DiPietro, Deloitte partner responsible for the New England Technology Fast 50 Program. "We commend eCopy for making the commitment to technology and delivering on the promise of market longevity. We are proud to honor eCopy as a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winner for the fourth year in a row."

The New England Technology Fast 50 Program is co-sponsored by Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, and is supported by Mazonson, the American Stock Exchange and Mass High Tech.

Winners of the 19 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology companies.
