Lexmark Boosts Enterprise Portfolio With Four New Printers

Lexmark has expanded its enterprise printer portfolio with four new products, offering customers the complementary capabilities of A3/ledger devices which can be indispensable for certain applications. The new collection features the MS911 monochrome laser printer and the MX910 series of monochrome laser multi-functional printers (MFPs), all of them boasting durable components, enterprise-grade security and advanced finishing options.

While A4/letter devices are the typical choice for corporate environments, some business applications cannot do without an A3/ledger device, Lexmark executive VP Marty Canning pointed out. The new products from Lexmark are the perfect complement for environments where these additional capabilities are needed. They offer customers ease of use and consistently high performance, helping them bring together the paper and digital worlds of their enterprise, Canning added.

Lexmark said that its latest portfolio additions enhance productivity through reduced downtime as a result of quick time to first print, high capacity input and "shake-free" toner cartridges. Meanwhile, their long-life components ensure as few interventions as possible.

The new printers also make it simpler to deliver professional presentations, with advanced finishing options (for example, multi-position staples and hole punches) and automated folding functionality with saddle stitch binding.

The MFPs also come with encrypted hard drives and the MS911 has this as an optional feature. Security can be further enhanced through user authentication and automatic disk wiping.

Commenting on the new collection, Lexmark said that the devices represent a holistic platform that effortlessly bridges the paper and digital worlds. Users will benefit from a consistent and intuitive experience and reap the rewards in improved productivity, the US-based vendor added.
