500 exhibitors cover 27,000 square metres of stand space across four
halls. On-line visitor registration now at 1,500 per week.FESPA 2005-This year’s show in Munich has now completely sold out and with
500 exhibitors covering 27,000 square metres of stand space across four halls,
the in-house organisation team is expecting it to be the biggest and best FESPA
ever.“These are ground breaking numbers compared to the previous show in Madrid,”
says FESPA exhibitions director Frazer Chesterman. “With such an impressive
line-up of industry leading exhibitors and a host of new initiatives
incorporated to enhance the visitor experience, we are expecting around 30,000
visitors from across the globe. We have already had 15,000 on-line
pre-registrations to date and are currently receiving an exceptional 1,500 or
more a week.”FESPA an Interactive Event
“Our team here at FESPA has made it a
key objective over the past two years to turn FESPA 2005 from a stand alone
exhibition to an interactive event. With an extensive line-up of free
educational seminars, debates and workshops conducted by industry experts, FESPA
will offer visitors the opportunity to learn about the latest industry
developments and issues on a wide selection of topics. There will be a VIP
programme, Premier Awards event and affiliated youth competition and visitors
will be able to obtain a free copy of our show daily magazine, which will be
produced and distributed on the show floor. This will be an invaluable tool to
keep visitors abreast of the major product launches planned as well as other
announcements that break during the show.”FESPA has made sure that visitors to the show are able make the most out of
their investment in time and money by providing an on-line catalogue. On the
FESPA 2005 websitE , they are able to create a
shopping list of companies they would like to see by searching alphabetically
through the exhibitor list and scrolling through by product sector, company name
or country. This is a useful tool to help plan and prioritise before the show,
as visitors are able to download floor plans and create a personal agenda to be
printed out and taken along to the show.FESPA is internationally recognised as the number one show for the
screen and large format digital printing marketplace. The exhibition offers the
perfect opportunity to see the very latest technologies and services available
in this fast changing arena and as such, several major players will be using
FESPA as the launch platform to introduce cutting edge new products into the
market place. -
