    Konica Minolta Becomes
    Largest Printer/Copier Supplier in Alaska with Acquisition of Frontier Business
    Systems


    RAMSEY, N.J., March 05 /— Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
    (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has acquired Frontier Business Systems
    of Anchorage, Alaska, making Konica Minolta the largest supplier of
    printer/copier products in the state. Founded in 1981 by president and CEO, Greg
    Niesen, and his wife and co-founder, Lenora, Frontier Business Systems owns and
    operates four branches in Alaska including its Anchorage headquarters, and
    locations in Kenai, Kodiak Island and Fairbanks
    .

    With 42 employees, Frontier Business
    Systems services several of the state’s largest accounts including the Kodiak,
    Kenai and Anchorage school districts. Greg Niesen will continue to head up
    Frontier Business Systems and the overall structure and operations of the
    dealership will remain unchanged. Over the past 24 years, the Niesens have built
    Frontier Business Systems into a first-class dealership and they were recently
    named the 2004 Small Business Persons of the Year by the Small Business
    Administration in recognition of their success.
