NEC America Launches Three New All-in-One Document Solutions
NEC IT Series Combines Network Printing, Copying, Faxing, Scanning And Email
IRVING, Texas–Dec. 9, 2003–NEC America, Inc. (NEC) today announced General availability of three multi-function network document solutions designed specifically for business applications. The NEC IT Series offers powerful copier, printing, scanning and email functions over an IP network.The NEC IT5035 is a 50-Copies Per Minute (CPM) digital copier that features network printing, scanning, e-mail integration, faxing and management options plus sorting, stapling, saddle stitch booklet creation and hole-punch. Wireless network printing is also available. Its large touch screen helps make operation simple and easy to learn.
The NEC IT3520 and IT2520 are both equipped with advanced networking capabilities that allow users to convert documents into PDF or Tiff format files and distribute them via network or Internet fax, or email. They have 35-CPM and 25-CPM capabilities respectively. Both include an 80-page duplex feeder and can be used for two and three-hole punching, multiple dual stapling, sorting and booklet creation all in a compact footprint.
“Today’s offices need powerful yet simple document solutions to handle a variety of functions,” said Christopher Mattine, manager of product lines for NEC America’s Document Solutions Division. “Now they have several options that help them efficiently network vital day-to-day functions to enhance productivity without sacrificing professional quality.”
All of the new NEC IT Series devices are available immediately through authorized NEC Document Solutions distributors.
