WHY WE REMANUFACTURE
Saves Money. Remanufactured cartridges cost less than new ones. In most cases, 40 to 50 percent less.
Reduces Solid Waste. Over 38,000 tons of plastic and metal are saved from landfills each year as a result of cartridge remanufacturing. The plastic used in each printer cartridge takes more than ten centuries to decompose. The average remanufacturer salvages and restores enough cartridges each year to equal the height of a 120-story building.
Saves tax dollars. Every used cartridge thrown into a landfill costs a taxpayer money. Even a cartridge that is recycled through standard recycling efforts must be “reclaimed” through a process that costs tax dollars and consumes energy. Remanufactured cartridges are restored without ever entering any waste stream, which means substantial savings for taxpayers over the life of that cartridge.
Provides Excellent Quality. Remanufactured cartridges contain high-quality components and toners which yield outstanding results. Remanufacturing technology has become so precise that remanufactured cartridges often exceed the original equipment manufacturer’s standards.

On average, each remanufacturing business employs six people. New cartridges are often mass-produced overseas or by computers.
