    Ricoh Americas Names New CEO

    Caldwell, NJ — Ricoh Americas Corporation announced today that Martin
    Brodigan will assume the position of president & CEO of Ricoh U.S.,
    a division of Ricoh Americas Corporation, effective immediately. Mr.
    Brodigan has been serving as executive vice president & CFO of
    Ricoh Americas Corporation. He previously served as president & CEO
    of Ricoh Canada.Mr. Brodigan replaces Mr. Nori Goto who will be
    returning to Japan to assume a new significant position with Ricoh
    Company Ltd.

    As president & CEO of Ricoh U.S., Mr. Brodigan
    will oversee The Ricoh Dealer Division, Ricoh Business Solutions,
    Technology Services, Production Printing Business Group, People
    Excellence, Business Development, Customer Administration and Supply
    Chain Management and Performance Excellence.Additionally, it was
    announced that Dennis Dispenziere has been appointed senior vice
    president & CFO of Ricoh U.S. Mr. Dispenziere, a 28-year employee
    with Ricoh, has served as director of Account Services, corporate
    controller and most recently was the project leader for implementing
    the Oracle System at Ricoh. He will report to Mr. Brodigan.
