Static Control Announces Firmware-Resistant Chips for HP® 970/971 and 980 Ink Jet Cartridges
Also Launches Replacement Conversion Waste Bin for use in HP® M125/127 Toner Cartridges & MoreSanford, N.C. – (June 19, 2014) – This week Static Control released 20 new products for use in more than 30 printer applications for various OEMs, including firmware-resistant chips for use in HP® 970/971 and 980 ink jet cartridges. Other products released include a replacement waste bin and a number of replacement chips for use in HP®, Dell®, Epson®, Kyocera®, Ricoh® Aficio® and Xerox®.
The replacement chips for use in HP® 970/971 and 980 work with all current firmware updates and are in stock, ready to ship worldwide. Similar replacement chips for use in the HP® 655, 670 and 685 were released this week as well. All of these chips feature Static Control’s patented ink gauge technology, providing full functionality while avoiding HP’s ink gauge U.S. patent #6,089,687 and European patent #941 856 B1.
Also released this week was a replacement waste bin for use in HP® M125/127 MFP toner cartridges. This kit allows for an easy conversion from the readily available HP® CB435A (P1505), CE285A (P1102) and CC388A (P1106) cartridges to the new HP® CF283A model used in the HP® M125/127 machines.
Other products released this week include replacement chips for use in HP® M476 toner cartridges, OPC drums for HP® P2055, CP1025, P3015 and 2600 toner cartridges and replacement chips for Dell® C2660/C2665, Epson® Workforce® AL-M300, Kyocera® TK-6305/6307, Ricoh® Aficio® SP 4100 and Xerox® Phaser® 3010/3040/3045 toner cartridges.
