Sharper Image to brand printer cartridges
Troubled gadget seller Sharper Image Corp. signed a deal to put its brand name on ink and toner cartridges for printers.
The
San Francisco company made the deal with Diversified Computer Supplies
InC, but didn’t give financial details. The cartridges will go on sale
early next year.Sharper Image announced a deal yesterday to put
its brand on global positioning system receivers. The company has been
trying to boost its financial performance through branding deals as
sales at its stores and web site have fallen dramatically.
