Xerox E.V.P. Sells Off $615,000.00 Worth of Xerox Stocks

Xerox Executive Vice President James Firestone stold some of his holdings recently.

According to SEC data, Firestone sold 76,877 Xerox shares at $8 each on April 17th. Total gross from the sale was about $615,000.

Following the sales, Firestone still holds 372,046 Xerox common.
Sales were made in accordance with a 10b5-1 sales plan.
