    ROCHESTER, N.Y. — March , 2005 – Xerox Corporation and
more than 25 of its industry partners are traveling across North America with
Innovate ’05, a 14-city seminar series designed to help print providers and
creative and agency experts use digital printing technology to increase
productivity, reduce costs, improve work processes and provide more services to
    customers.

The free, daylong educational seminars, beginning today in East Brunswick,
N.J., are designed for commercial and in-plant printers and professionals in the
marketing, creative and design services fields.

Industry-leading experts will address topics including how digital printing
can complement a traditional offset printing business; how to develop a
profitable marketing and business plan; applications that drive improved
business results, such as personalized marketing; tips to better design jobs for
digital printing; and how new workflow tools can streamline the path that print
jobs follow from creation to printing to final billing.

Last year’s series drew more than 1,500 printing, graphic arts, creative and
marketing professionals in eight cities in the United States and Canada.

Innovate ’05 tour stops will feature keynote addresses delivered by either
Howie Fenton, senior consultant of digital technology, National Association of
    Print Leadership; Bob Tapella, chief of staff, U.S. Government Printing Office;
or Joe Vincenzino, senior economist, NAPL.

“Businesses might be involved in creative design, marketing or printing,
but they are all interested in improving services to their clients,”
    said
Val Blauvelt, vice president of marketing, Xerox Production Systems Group.
“With Innovate ’05 we are helping customers build their businesses, deliver
new value to their customers and enhance profitability.”
