I like H&S but I can see where you are coming from. Like many brokers in todays market H&S sources empties in Mexico. From my experience the Mexican market pricing fluctuates more than in the US. These fluctuations take a toll if you soley are relying on the supply to run your business. The answer is to make deals with local brokers. Many times to get a few virgins, a container of non virgins and one time used drums comes with it. I have dealt with H&S 4 times and I agree, they do not know or sometimes act like they are twice removed from the product in their own warehouse, but they will discount items rather than take a return. My complaint is that their pricing is too high for what you get.
