According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business from having its patents '777, '102, '466 and '127 infringed. The suit states these patents relate to photo printing. The plaintiff holds Ricoh Electronics Inc., Ricoh USA Inc., Mimaki USA Inc. and Lanier Worldwide Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly infringed plaintiff's patents through their sales of various products.
