ADSERO Corp. Completes 10 Percent Acquisition of Turbon AG
MONTREAL,
Nov.2005 — ADSERO Corp., a North American leader in the printer
cartridge remanufacturing Industry, is pleased to announce the Company
has completed the final purchase of 328,500 treasury shares of Turbon
G, bringing its total ownership to 400,000 shares, equivalent to a 10%
stake in Turbon AG.
Yvon Leveille, CEO of ADSERO Corp., stated, “The
Company will now proceed with its plans to satisfy the necessary
requirements to complete the formal takeover bid for Turbon AG.”
