Keeping Inkjet Cartridges Out of Landfills at N.Y.U.
The NYU Bookstore provides inkjet cartridge refill service to help drive sustainability objectives and save students and faculty up to 60% The NYU Bookstore and Retail Inkjet Solutions (RIS), Inc. announce the installation of the RIS InkCenter® to enable high quality inkjet cartridge refilling for NYU students and faculty. NYU Bookstore customers can now bring in their empty inkjet cartridges for a refill. Refilling not only reduces carbon footprint but it delivers like-new quality at a fraction of the cost of a new cartridge. NYU evaluated other alternatives and ultimately determined that the RIS InkCenter® offered the best solution. The InkCenter® supports more cartridges like the newer tanks, provides more pages per refill and is the exclusive provider for NACS members.
