Uk Entrepreneurs Awarded National Award from Cartridge World
By Mark BowenHEREFORDSHIRE entrepreneurs Hugh and Alex Pattison-Appleton have received a national award for ‘Franchisee of the Year’.
Cartridge World selected Hugh and Alex’s county enterprise from 170 branches across the UK.They were honoured for their achievements in growth and innovative approach to business at the company’s annual awards evening, held in north Yorkshire.
In June Cartridge World Herefordshire celebrated the 10th anniversary of its first Hereford city branch and the second anniversary of its Leominster store.The business also has four further partnership outlets in Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, Bromyard and Longtown. The year 2012/13 saw the business grow by 25 per cent and they now employ nine local people.
“It's great to have our efforts recognised in this way," said Alex Pattison-Appleton.
"Looking ahead, the conference set out the growth plans for Cartridge World over the next two years and we have a continued expansion plan for our own Herefordshire branches and beyond."
