The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted Print-Rite the patent for a charge roller conductive plate and a developer cartridge (Patent No. US 8,634, 749 B2); this provides a charge roller conductive plate having a good contact with electrical contact of an image forming apparatus main assembly and reliable induction to reliable contact. It also provides a developer cartridge having the above charge roller conductive plate. The innovative design brings the reliability to provide stable contact of the interactions. The mechanical movement simplifies the mechanical structure for cost saving and improves the contact reliability between printer and cartridge charge roller.
