| Someone forgot to tell Canadians the party is over.
While Canada’s economy shows clear signs of flagging, and with its major trading partner to the south struggling with less than inspiring economic indicators, rank and file Canadians are so far keeping a sunny outlook in the face of the gathering clouds.
