Printer-cartridge refiller looks to make splash in U.S.

Greg Carafello is betting Americans can be persuaded to refill their printer ink cartridges much the way they gas up their cars. His job is to sign up entrepreneurs to become franchisees for California- based Cartridge World, which bills itself as your neighborhood printer pit stop, the place to refill your empty ink cartridge at half the price of a Replacement.
