Worth Higgins & Associates, one of Virginia’s largest privately held commercial printing companies, has acquired longtime Richmond-area competitor B&B Printing as part of a broader expansion strategy that includes a $10 million investment in new presses and finishing equipment. The acquisition closed on June 3, 2026, transferring B&B Printing’s customer accounts, intellectual property, and much of its sales and customer support team to Worth Higgins’ Richmond headquarters. B&B Printing, founded more than 54 years ago, will cease independent operations, with its production moving into Worth Higgins’ 117,000-square-foot facility. The deal strengthens Worth Higgins’ position in commercial printing by adding customers, increasing production capacity, and improving operational efficiencies, while allowing former B&B clients to gain access to a wider range of services including digital printing, wide-format graphics, direct mail, promotional products, and fulfillment. Company executives said the acquisition complements several years of strong growth and follows major investments in new technology designed to support increasing demand and future expansion.
