Sakata Inx Buys Italian Ink Seller Anteprima

Japan Aug, 2008 – Japanese printing ink maker Sakata Inx Corp.said
Friday it has acquired a 60 pct stake in Italian ink sales company
Anteprima SRL through a U.S. unit for an undisclosed sum.Anteprima,
which sells inkjet inks, has a network of more than 70 agents in 29
European countries. In fiscal 2007, the company posted sales of 5.2
million euros.The transaction followed Sakata Inx’s purchase in April
of Megaink Digital AS of the Czech Republic.
