Ricoh Singapore Announces Acquisition of 01 Innovations

The acquisition is in line with Ricoh’s global strategy to expand into the fast-growing Managed IT Services sector, enhancing the company’s ability to serve its customers as a true one-stop solutions provider.

Founded in 2009, 01 Innovations focuses on delivering best-in-class virtualized and cloud based solutions, among others Server Virtualization, Enterprise Storage Solutions, Network Security, Monitoring and Acceleration, Disaster Prevention and Recovery, IT Managed Services and Data Center Solutions.

Following the acquisition, 01 Innovations’ operations will be absorbed into the Ricoh organization, helping to achieve the maximum synergy between the two companies. Tohru Saitoh, General Manager of Managed IT Services for Ricoh (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is confident that the combination of services will not only expand the opportunities for synchronization of IT needs and solutions but also result in improved service to customers.
