    <p><font size=”4″>RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) – A couple from Russellville faces federal charges after the FBI said they tried to buy thousands of stolen toner cartridges to sell at their business.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″> According to prosecutors, The FBI arrested Derek and Danita Willis, the owners of Laser Cartridge Plus.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″> Prosecutors said an employee at the water department in Philadelphia, Pa. ordered the cartridges on the city’s account, claiming they were for the utility and sold them to the Willis’ for a fraction of the price.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″> Investigators said the Willis’ knew they were hot.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″> The alleged scam reportedly cost the city of Philadelphia more than $1.3 million.<br />
