    Czech Republic’s KMP Become HP’s
Official Partner for Remanufacturing Toner and Ink.

KMP Bürotechnik has officially been recognized as an authorized HP partner for toner and ink cartridge refurbishment. Through this collaboration, KMP is now able to reset original HP chips, ensuring that refurbished cartridges retain all the functionality of their original counterparts.

These refurbished KMP cartridges are fully immune to potential blocking via firmware updates in HP printers. They also display accurate ink levels and toner supply status, and they are compatible with HP’s e-series printers, including those using HP+ or Instant Ink services. For large enterprises, the ability to maintain compatibility with Managed Print Services (MPS) is particularly significant, as printers recognize these refurbished cartridges just as they would new, original ones.

As part of this partnership, KMP gains access to HP’s cloud services, where refurbished cartridges are marked directly in the HP database as properly refurbished. This ensures that HP services are available for these cartridges, without any risk of being blocked. Additionally, HP supports the ongoing refurbishment of cartridges, allowing for multiple reuse cycles.

Both companies share a common commitment to sustainability, aiming to reduce waste and lessen the environmental impact by promoting the reuse of cartridges.

Only a select few manufacturers meet HP’s stringent quality and environmental criteria for authorized refurbishment. In Europe, these include KMP from the Czech Republic, ALTKIN (now part of ARMOR Print Solutions) from France, and Swiss refurbisher Peach.
