Kodak to close Brazilian operations

JUNE 2005 – Sao
Jose dos Campos (BRA): Eastman Kodak plans to close its Brazil plant that
supplies colour photographic paper to the Latin American markets, as it
continues to consolidate worldwide manufacturing operations.

The closure
of the facility, located in Sao Jose dos Campos, will incur a restructuring
charge of about $48 million.
