Franklin, Tennessee — June 3, 2025 – The Certified Remanufactured Printer Cartridge (CRPC) Program is proud to announce that Planet Green, a recognized leader in inkjet cartridge remanufacturing, has officially been verified as a CRPC Remanufacturer of Inkjet Cartridges.
This designation formally acknowledges that Planet Green operates a legitimate remanufacturing facility and affirms its ongoing commitment to product quality, environmental sustainability, and marketplace integrity as a true inkjet remanufacturer.
In a marketplace flooded with counterfeit and newly built clones falsely marketed as remanufactured, consumers are misled, legitimate businesses are undercut, and unnecessary plastic waste is generated. The CRPC Program verifies true remanufacturers—those who collect empty OEM printer cartridges and operate certified facilities capable of properly remanufacturing them for reuse. Certified companies must also demonstrate extended producer responsibility through a take-back program that ensures used products are managed responsibly and diverted from landfills.
Now fully certified, Planet Green will receive an official CRPC permit number, a Letter of Certification, and a License of Authorization to use the CRPC certification marks on its products. This license also extends to its resellers, enabling them to market Planet Green’s cartridges under the CRPC designation—clearly distinguishing them from other so-called remanufactured products in the marketplace.
