Brother Launches New Bonus Program For Employees.
There are many bonuses and bonus programs, but the managing directors often benefit. With the "Interactive" program, Brother launched a new point program on September 1, in which the sales staff can also benefit.Participation is quite simple: companies have to register themselves and their sales representatives only for the program. Points can earn employees then by both the sale of products as well as by attending training courses. In addition, however, the managing directors are not left out. For the transfer of points to your team, they receive an additional 10 percent of the points as "Teampunkte". The collected points can be redeemed at will for a real bonus as well as a large selection of vouchers.
The aim of the program is to reward employees for good achievements and create additional motivation. According to Brother, about 300 retailers have already registered for the program, which runs parallel to the usual bonuses. The point allocation should be carried out automatically by the authorized Brother distribution.
