California Tosses Canon Antitrust Class Action
By Kat GreeneLaw360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2016, 9:54 PM ET) — The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday shuttered an electronics repair shop’s proposed antitrust class action alleging Canon is illegally stingy with independent service facilities, finding that California law doesn’t force the company to provide parts and other supplies for repairs.
