Canon Exits Antitrust lawSuit Over Withheld Parts From Xerox
New York — Canon USA Inc. escaped allegations its purported refusal to sell parts and supplies to a pair of office equipment dealers following their acquisition by Xerox Corp. constituted a violation of antitrust and contract law, after a New York federal judge signed off on a voluntary dismissal of the case.
