    Canon Cut Off Equipment Cos. After Xerox Unit Buy, Suit Says
    New York  — Two office equipment dealers slapped Canon USA Inc. with an antitrust and contract suit in New York on Thursday, claiming that Canon stopped selling them needed parts and supplies after they were acquired by Xerox Corp. subsidiary Global Imaging Systems Inc.

    In addition to lodging a complaint in federal court against Canon USA and Canon Business Solutions Inc., plaintiffs Merizon Group Inc. and R.K. Dixon Co. asked for a preliminary injunction that would allow them to keep buying the parts and supplies they need to service…
