Technical Tips

Over 200 items are available to view with multiple troubleshooting VIDEOS!InkjetCartridgeHelp.com will help your customers print confidently with a Remanufactured product!
Technical Tips:
– The next time you have to replace cartridges, we suggest resetting your printer and installing each cartridge one at a time. Turning your printer off before installing your new remanufactured inkjet can help to reset the printers "memory" and can help you and your customers have a better out-of-box experience.
Tips for inserting new cartridges.
1. Remove the empty cartridges.
2. Close any cartridge carriage doors or cartridge retention levers, located inside the printer
3. Turn off the printer and leave it off for 2 minutes.
4. Turn the printer back on.
5. Wait for your printer to prompt you via flashing lights or "asking" for the inkjet.
6. Install your cartridge, close the lid and let the cartridge register.
7. Install the next cartridge (if necessary) and let this register as well.
