    Update and FAQ for HP 564/564XL 
    This email is to inform you of some recent updates from HP concerning the HP 564/564XL inkjet cartridges.

    HP  has recently released three new printers. Two of the HP 5510 series and the HP 6510.  These new printer models will only accept a "New Generation" 564/564XL cartridge.  Please select the link below to review the document for information regarding this update from HP.  We have included all the information regarding this update, as well as a FAQ to assist you with the understanding of this change.

     
    The important thing to remember is, CAU has the solution!  Send in your cores through the RME program and if you have "New Generation" cores, we will return "New Generation" Finished Goods.  Please refer to the document for how to verify which cores you have!
