Funai & Slingshot Printing
Sue Hp Over Ink Cartridge Technology.
All these patents that were originally filed and owned by Lexmark were sold to Funai.
Lexmark sold its entire inkjet IP portfolio to Funai in 2013.Funai never did anything with it. In March of this year Funai assigned the patents to Slingshot Printing, now Slingshot Printing is asserting the patents against Hp.
