    IKON On Training Magazine’s Top 100 for Second Consecutive Year

    IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world’s largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced it has been named to Training magazine’s Top 100 for the second consecutive year. Based on qualitative and quantitative measures, Training magazine’s annual ranking acknowledges organizations that set the bar for training and workforce development.

    Training magazine conducts extensive research each year starting with nominations from employees, peers and the publications 45,000 readers. This year’s Top 100 were chosen from over 500 companies that were evaluated by Training magazine’s editorial staff through a point-based scale and follow-up interviews, creating extensive quantitative and qualitative results. Quantitative measurements included the number of training professionals in the company, tuition reimbursement, total annual training budget, and annual hours of formal training. Companies were also measured on the effectiveness of training and alignment of company culture with external corporate mission.
