Precision Limited Response Statement
With
approximately 10 years of experience in the sales of printer
consumables, Innotex Precision Limited is well-established as a global
distributor and supplier of printer cartridges and other printing
products.In February 2009, Innotex Precision Limited was forced
to file suit against ITM, Inc. and Horei Image Products, Inc. in United
States District Court in Georgia after ITM and Horei refused to pay
undisputed fees owed to Innotex in excess of $1.7 million dollars. In
addition to the approximately $1.7 million in unpaid fees, ITM and Horei
breached their agreements with Innotex when they refused to comply with
the terms of the agreements and sent Innotex defective and unusable
printer components. ITM and Horei’s actions caused Innotex to suffer an
additional $2.1 million in damages. Subsequent attempts by Innotex to
ameliorate the situation were thwarted by ITM and Horei when ITM and
Horei refused to accept responsibility for returning the defective
printer components and pay the outstanding balance.Rather than
remedying the situation, ITM and Horei have responded by filing a
variety of legal claims against Innotex. These claims are entirely
without merit. Innotex intends to dispute these claims vigorously in
