Lexmark International (NYSE:LXK) CFO David Reeder sold 7,283 shares of the company’s stock in a transaction that occurred on Tuesday, June 30th. The stock was sold at an average price of $44.28, for a total value of $322,491.24. Following the completion of the sale, the chief financial officer now directly owns 115,128 shares in the company, valued at approximately $5,097,867.84.
