printer maker Lexmark International announced Thursday that it has
signed a multi-year agreement to manage printing for BASF Inc., a
leading chemical company with 97,000 employees.Under the agreement,
Lexmark will control the company’s printer infrastructure and help it
reduce costs in a variety of ways.Among some of the ways that Lexmark
accomplishes that in other companies is to digitize paper-based
processes and use dual-sided printers.
