TAIPEI – MicroJet
Technology Co. said Tuesday it hasn’t received any legal documents
regarding a lawsuit filed by Hewlett-Packard Co. alleging the Taiwanese
company of infringing its printer cartridge patents.”We can’t comment on
the matter right now as we haven’t seen the documents,” company
spokesman Kuo Sen-pin told Dow Jones Newswires.Hsinchu-based MicroJet
doesn’t sell its products in the U.S. market and doesn’t have any
working relationship with HP, Kuo said, but declined to elaborate.
