3M makes $95m cash acquisition

2006 — St Paul (MN): 3M has acquired Brontes Technologies, a
Massachusetts-based developer of intra-oral imaging technology, for $95
million in cash.The transaction will result in a one-off Q4 charge of
between $0.12 and $0.13 per share.
