Adsero makes move for Turbon
May 05Canada printer cartridge manufacturer Adsero has made a tentative offer to purchase all outstanding shares of German imaging supply company Turbon for approximately $49 million. Turbon’s executive board is to meet Adsero representatives to discuss the role of Turbon within the combined entity, which will cost $40 million in cash and $9 million in stock.
