Kyocera Mita was Honored for the second year in a row with top ratings in the second annual multi- functional product (MFP) survey of service managers throughout the United States conducted by Industry Analysts, Inc. Kyocera Mita received the highest supplier rating for MFPs and scored well above competitors in such categories as reliability, quality and cost of service. Results of the survey are published in the July 2003 issue of Industry Analysts, Inc.’s monthly newsletter, The Office Products Analyst (OPA).
