Boise Wins Industry Excellence Award for Third Year in a Row
Boise’s 30% post-consumer recycled paper also garners top award for first time

Ill., March 07 — Boise Paper continues to set the standard for office
paper excellence as two products received highest honors in a recent
industry test conducted by Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI), the nation’s
leading independent office products test lab and business consumer
advocate. These awards are a prime example of how Boise goes above and
beyond both its customers’ and partners’ expectations.For the third
year in a row, Boise X-9(TM), 20-lb 8.5″ x 11″, multipurpose paper
received the Buyers Laboratory “2007 Performance Certified” seal of
approval. Boise ASPEN(TM), 20-lb 8.5″ x 11″, 30% post-consumer fiber
paper received its first ever “2007 Performance Certified” seal of
approval.

Buyers
Laboratory ran 3,400,000 sheets of Boise X-9(TM) through 70 different
office document imaging devices representing 20 manufacturers over the
course of the past year. For Boise’s ASPEN(TM) copy paper, Buyers
Laboratory ran 800,000 sheets through 47 different office document
imaging devices representing 12 manufacturers. Both products displayed
virtually no misfeeding, double-sheeting and no problems related to
image quality, dusting or curling.
