Brightec Photographic Paper Hits the Shelves at Staples
WELLESLEY, Mass.–Luminescent Photo Paper Used in Super Bowl XXXVIII Tickets Now Available For Consumers to Add Brilliance to Their Own Digital Photographs and Projects

Brightec(R) (OTC:ADLU), creator of the world’s first night luminescent photographic paper, today announced that consumer inkjet kits of Brightec photographic paper are now available in over 500 Staples stores nationwide. Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLS), the office superstore pioneer, is the exclusive retailer for Brightec paper, which made its market debut as the innovative printing medium chosen by the National Football League (NFL) for tickets to Super Bowl XXXVIII.

Brightec’s patented night luminescent photographic paper is ideal for printing high-quality pictures that appear normal in conventional light but light up with full photographic detail in lower light or darkness, dramatically outshining commonplace “glow-in-the-dark” products and luminescing overnight. Brightec printer-friendly paper can be used with regular inkjet printers to create great gifts, unique souvenirs, instant night- lights and memorable party favors. Staples has initially priced the product at $14.95 per pack (4″ x 6″ format) and $24.95 per pack (8.5″ x 11″ format). Consumers can find the nearest Staples store carrying Brightec by visiting http://www.brightec.com.

“Our customers are increasingly seeking new and innovative ways to enhance their digital photography and graphics printing,” said Robert George, Senior Vice President, merchandising supplies for Staples. “Brightec provides our customers with a truly unique new product that can expand the possibilities for their own home and work projects. With its eye-catching packaging and post-Super Bowl popularity, we think this will be a hot ticket item in our stores.”

“For Brightec, it was Very exciting to see the tickets light up at the Big Game, and now it’s equally thrilling to bring the same brilliant effect to consumers across the country. Starting today, people will be able to load Brightec paper into their inkjet printers and turn their own pictures into luminescent images that shine with photographic detail by day and night,” said Patrick Planche, CEO of Brightec. “Our alliance with Staples has been ideal for this rollout – the company lives up to their ‘that was easy’ slogan.”
