SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct.04– Caboodle Cartridge, today announced the opening its new franchise retail
location in Mountain View, Calif. Caboodle Cartridge has announced a total of
four retail locations throughout Northern and Central California in 2004 with
plans to announce an additional six stores by November 1, 2004. The new
Caboodle refilling and exchange service center is located in the
"Blossom-Valley Shopping Center" at 1762 Miramonte Ave. Mountain View, CA
94040.
Caboodle Cartridge, LP is creating an entirely new channel for ink jet and
laser printer cartridges by introducing an advanced recharging laboratory and
first-of-its-kind retail service outlets in California. Caboodle Cartridges
enables printer users to simply walk into a local store and have their
cartridges either refilled or exchanged in as little as ten minutes for
savings of at least 50%.
"The new Mountain View location extends Caboodle's unique value
proposition for printer users throughout Silicon Valley," said Chin-Chai Low,
Mountain View Caboodle Cartridge owner. "We're dedicated to helping people
save at least 50% on their ink and laser cartridges without sacrificing the
quality they're used to with OEM brands. Mountain View is conveniently
located for customers to quickly stop in and pick-up affordable, new
cartridges for use in business and at home."
Caboodle Cartridge is the first company in North America to build an
advanced facility to rebuild and recharge laser and inkjet cartridges that are
at or exceeding OEM-quality, while others simply refill the ink and toner
only. It also is the only company to open dedicated retail outlets allowing
customers to walk in and instantly receive "good-as-new" replacements.
Caboodle recharges all popular cartridges for color and B/W laser and ink jet,
including Hewlett Packard, Canon, Panasonic, Lexmark, Brother, Samsung,
Minolta, Epson, Canon and Lexmark.
"Mountain View is the first 'official' franchise store to open in Silicon
Valley, adding to our existing strategic corporate presence," said Daniel
Wencel, General Director of Caboodle Cartridge, LP. "We test marketed our
services in Silicon Valley for the last year-and-a-half and we are extremely
excited at the prospect of providing inexpensive, high quality printing
solutions to local companies and home users in Mountain View and throughout
the Bay Area."
Caboodle focuses on quality. The founders have invested in a
state-of-the-art recharging facility that does not compromise quality and yet
offers substantial savings. When servicing laser printer cartridges, the
company refills the toner and also replaces the inside components. Typical
savings are 40% to 60% of the price of a new cartridge.
The Mountain View store is open weekdays from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on
Sat. from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.About Caboodle Cartridge
Caboodle Cartridge was founded by a father and son team, Daniel and Chris
Wencel. The idea derived from their extensive experience in the computer and
printer service market in the country of Poland. Since the fall of communism
in the former Soviet Union, businesses from the West and in particular from
the U.S. have built extensive entities in Poland which have greatly
contributed to its modernization and development. The company is unique in
that it brings to California an already proven concept, which is very much
present in Poland and other European countries.
