Cartridges for Kids
Rappahannock County Schools are holding a year round fundraiser that raises money by eliminating our waste.
Cartridges
For Kids is a nation wide program that is paying cash for our used
laser, fax, copier and ink jet cartridges, cell phones and lap tops. By
recycling these commonly used products we are reducing our waste and
keeping these harmful items out of our landfills and our county schools
are being rewarded by receiving the cash. We have turned our trash into
treasure! To date, we have managed to raise approximately $800.00 in
the first year that we have joined with this program. Community and
business supporters are encouraged to participate and can do so at no
cost by dropping off cartridges at one of our several drop off
locations or by hosting a drop off box at the place of business.
